This website provides information about certified pre-owned vehicles, vehicle enquiries, and car valuation requests. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.
2. Vehicle listings
Vehicle availability, pricing, specifications, mileage, ownership information, photographs, inspection information, and other listing details can change as inventory is updated. Please confirm current details with the Hyson Assured team before making a purchase decision.
3. Enquiries are not automatically a sale
Submitting an enquiry, clicking WhatsApp, or requesting more information does not by itself create a vehicle booking, purchase agreement, or obligation to complete a sale. Any purchase is subject to the applicable sales process and final documentation.
4. Sell Your Car requests
Information submitted through the Sell Your Car form is a valuation or sales enquiry. It does not require Hyson Assured to purchase the vehicle, accept a particular valuation, or complete a transaction. Any proposed valuation or purchase is subject to inspection, verification, and mutually agreed terms.
5. Website content
Website text, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, and other content are provided for website and business purposes and may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website services, introduce malicious code, abuse forms or APIs, or otherwise use the website in a way that could harm the service or other users.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may connect to services such as WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and external websites. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Hyson Assured Cars does not control the policies or availability of third-party services.
